Conventional / Non–Recourse Program “Sub-Prime Auto Finance” for the 450 and above beacon customer. Vehicles- Ten years and newer. Mileage up to 150,000. Terms- Up to 48 months based on vehicle year model and mileage. Rates- We observe the NC/TN state guidelines typically. 18-29% APR based on the
year model of the vehicle. Advance- Our program
yields advances from 105-120% of NADA loan
values including or deducting our fees. Fees-
This program utilizes a flat fee
structure. Fees will range from $500 to $800
in most cases. Product- Whitestone
administers a host of auto finance
related products through Safeguard Protection LLC. Very competitive commission paid to the dealer up
front at the time of funding. It’s
not unusual for the dealer to earn upwards of
an additional $1,000 per contract from product. Methodology- We don’t live and die by the BEACON score. We actually mitigate our risks based on the overall picture of the customer. Job Time, Residence Time, Down Payment etc. So a 450 BEACON customer may actually look more like 600 and conversely a 600 may appear more like a 450. Fee Guideline Examples A Tier
(strongest customer/vehicle) This customer
will have a BEACON on file typically of 550 or
more. If Beacon adjusts to 650 or greater: 120%
of NADA loan including or deducting a $500 fee*. Mileage
to 125,000 and vehicle to 6 years in age. Product
commission is in addition to advance amount. B Tier
(mid-range customer/vehicle) This customer
will have a BEACON on file typically of 500 or
more. If Beacon adjusts to 500-649: 112%
of NADA loan including or deducting a $650 fee*. Mileage
to 135,000 and vehicle to 7 years in age. Product
commission is in addition to advance amount. C Tier
(most challenged customer/vehicle) This
customer will have a BEACON on file typically
of 400-499. If Beacon adjusts to 450-499: 105%
of NADA loan including or deducting $800 fee*. Mileage
to 150,000 and vehicle 8+ years in age. Product
commission is in addition to advance amount. *Order of fee adjustment if applicable: · Mileage · Year Model · Adjusted BEACON Example: You have a customer who qualifies as an “A” tier in every
condition but the vehicle being sold has 145k
miles. The fee would then be determined based
on mileage. In this example an $800 fee would
be realized. If GPS units are called as stipulations to funding an additional fee may
be assessed.
